Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Coverage We deliver nationwide across Malaysia:
- Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia)
- Sabah & Sarawak (East Malaysia)
2. Order Processing All orders are processed upon payment confirmation:
- Weekdays (before 2:00 PM): Dispatched same day
- Weekdays (after 2:00 PM): Processed the next working day
- Weekends & Public Holidays: Processed from the next working day
Processing time may be extended during pre-orders, promotional periods, or special circumstances.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Actual delivery time may vary due to courier, weather conditions, or festive seasons.
4. Sale & Promotional Periods During peak sale or promotional periods, additional processing time may apply:
- West Malaysia: Up to 10 additional working days
- East Malaysia: Up to 10 additional working days
5. Shipping Fees Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout. Free shipping promotions will be announced separately.
6. Order Tracking A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
7. Delivery Address We currently deliver to one address per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout — we are unable to guarantee address changes once an order is placed.
8. Delivery & Inspection Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items for any damage or defects. All orders are packed using our standard packaging. Special packaging requests are subject to additional charges.
9. Delivery Responsibility Please ensure your recipient name, phone number, and address are correct. Any re-delivery fees resulting from incorrect information will be borne by the buyer.
10. Risk of Loss All orders are shipped via third-party courier services. Once the parcel has been handed to the courier and a tracking number has been issued, White Monkey is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs during transit. Any claims must be directed to the respective courier company.
11. Failed Delivery & Returned Parcels If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery (incorrect address, unclaimed, or recipient unavailable), the buyer will be responsible for re-delivery shipping fees. White Monkey reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a store credit if the parcel remains unclaimed after 14 days.
12. Courier Disclaimer White Monkey works with third-party courier partners. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
