Refund & Return Policy

Important Notice Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened beauty, skincare, or fragrance products, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

1. Returns You have 7 calendar days to request a return from the date you received your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

2. Return & Exchange Conditions All return/exchange requests must meet the following requirements:

  • One-time only — Each order is eligible for one exchange only
  • Unboxing video required — A video of the parcel unboxing is necessary as proof
  • Original condition — Items must be unaltered, unworn, and unopened
  • Return timeline — Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Trackable return — All return parcels must include a tracking number
  • Non-sale items only — Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges

3. Defective or Damaged Items If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photo or video evidence. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.

4. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome within 3 business days.

If approved:

  • Refund will be processed to your original payment method

Please allow additional processing time depending on your bank or card issuer's policies.

5. Out of Stock Refund If your ordered item is out of stock, a full refund will be made to your original payment method within 5 working days.

6. Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, original shipping fees will not be included.

7. Non-Returnable Items The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, or fragrance products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Gift sets or bundle packages (partial returns not accepted)

8. Fraudulent Claims White Monkey reserves the right to reject any return or refund request that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, misused, or made in bad faith. We reserve the right to blacklist accounts involved in fraudulent return activities.

9. Return Approval Discretion All return and exchange requests are subject to review and approval by White Monkey. We reserve the right to reject requests that do not meet our stated conditions without further obligation.

10. Limitation of Liability White Monkey's liability is limited to the value of the purchased item only. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

11. Policy Changes White Monkey reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
